TRACK TYPES
School Mini Track
100–200m prefabricated lane tracks scaled for school grounds. Designed for physical education, inter-school athletics and community use.
Club & Academy Track
200–300m, 4–6 lane tracks for athletics clubs and sports academies. Full lane marking, start blocks and event zone provisions.
Full Athletic Stadium
400m, 8-lane IAAF-compliant track. Engineered to international competition standards for district, state and national-level athletics events.
SURFACE TECHNOLOGY
Polyurethane (PU) Base Layer
High-density polyurethane base provides the structural foundation — delivering consistent hardness, energy return and long-term dimensional stability.
EPDM Rubber Granule Top
Coloured EPDM rubber granules bonded into the PU base create the visible track surface — weather-resistant, UV-stable and low-maintenance.
UV & Weather Resistant
Full surface system is formulated for Tamil Nadu's intense UV exposure and monsoon cycles — maintaining colour, grip and performance across all seasons.
Precise Lane Marking
All lane lines, start/finish zones, stagger marks and event arcs are painted using certified track paint to IAAF spacing and width standards.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Site Assessment
Ground survey, drainage gradient analysis, perimeter measurement and IAAF format recommendation based on available land and project budget.
Track Design
CAD track layout with lane count, drainage flow direction, surface system specification and event zone positions confirmed in writing.
Base & Surface Build
Sub-grade preparation, drainage system installation, PU base application and EPDM top layer bonding — executed in controlled weather windows.
Marking & Handover
IAAF-standard lane marking, final QC inspection, sport equipment installation and handover documentation with optional AMC.
